| I just love popping into Verranda – Carol and her team are very friendly and helpful without being invasive. The atmosphere and location are perfect and I love the labels you stock. I also appreciate your honesty when a garment just doesn't look right. I have found most of the pieces purchased there I can wear all year round as there’s plenty of focus on layering which is my preferred style. That's real value for money and keeps the wardrobe clutter to a minimum! And the shoes…. Did I mention the shoes? Just divine! | Verranda Young is a fabulous store, with an amazing collection of clothes, superb customer service and is what a 'retail experience' should be. Carol, the owner has a unique and gifted eye for selecting quality garments and designers, so every visit provides a new experience and very rarely do I leave empty handed. I often make a specific trip to the store as I know there will be something for any occassion, and with the great selection of shoes as well as bags and accessories - you can get an entire outfit there, which is fantastic. I only wish that other retail stores understood service as much as Carol and her team do. Looking forward to visiting again sometime soon. - Kind regards, Helen Osborne |
